I am not the most tech savvy person... but If I understand this right it is similar to the .TOR and Deep web/hidden internet sites already out... Lots of weird stuff on there supposedly... ranging form anything you can think of to secret government files... I was going to look but It seemed kind of risky... if you try it please get a proxy and other safety measures
