The after picture shows a piece of the bomb bag which contained the lid of the pressure cooker used.  It's right next to the mans' left foot.  The pressure cooker lid will be the weakest part.  The rest of the pressure cooker can withstand a pretty high pressure but the metal lips cannot and pressure cookers are only designed for a certain amount of pressure.  Instead of blowing in an omni-directional way, I believe they were more direction much like a shape charge.  This type of IED has been used in Afghanistan by Taliban.  Not saying that this was instigated by foreigners, but someone could find this on the Internet.  I have no opinion at this point because of no real proof.  Looking at the picture, the close proximity of the bag to the mailbox and injured people, I would say there is a picture of one bomb in a tan bag which may have contained the black nylon bag containing the bomb.

In apparent acts of “sabotage” in the South Bay early Tuesday, someone cut fiber optic cables, knocking out some 911 service, and then fired a rifle at a PG&E substation, Santa Clara County’s sheriff said.
 
The vandal’s objective appears to have been “shutting down the system,” Sheriff Laurie Smith said at a news conference at the substation Tuesday afternoon.

I took a look at the garbage bag next to the mail box and the second view. There is a circle of energy behind where the gate was. The front of the photo where the street is, has been blurred out but I can almost make out that bag as still being there. Notice also the gate is blown out towards the street and wrapped around the mail box. That matches the area I was talkin about. Seems most of the force went up.

so from what i see.the fbi is attempting to allow the suspects to escape.
it looks like anonymous beat the fbi in finding them and now the fbi is asking the msm to be patient in releasing the photos to the public but alex jones and ats and drudge already have and the world knows what these guys look like.

so this tells me the fbi doesnt want help .just like jfk.

Anonymous (as in the group) are not on 4chan much any more.  They mostly have their own sites now; Anonops and so on.

Anon have had no respect on 4chan since they got involved with Occupy, mainly because 4chan is hard right, politically speaking; and Anon used to be too.  If you post Anonymous imagery on 4chan you get called names and sworn at, now.

Mind you, part of the reason is also probably because how much more mainstream 4chan is these days.  Moot has started charging money for passes, (the equivalent of a subscription which lets you bypass the posting captcha, mainly) and the moderation staff are much more active now than they used to be, as well. 

Some of the boards like /b/ and /gif/ can still be as gross and pornographic as they always were, but truly stimulating conversation has become a lot more difficult to find.  That is mainly because the place gets constantly raided by both Leftist fanatics from Reddit, and the Jewish Internet Defense Force (a real group) who want to shut the entire site down, due to the right wing extremists who are 4chan's more traditional userbase.
