Just would like to know where they are getting their info to increase credibility.  Anyone can make a picture and put pretty colours on it.  lol ::)

Im with you on that Micjer,  cant find any HAARP map even resembling that one...maybe an underground network of receivers like he says is really out there... 8)

being old enough to remember the weather.it doesnt take much to convince me.i lived all over the usa and i can see the changes.
i hope sarge is ok.
we might need to start the pegasus recovery and rescue team.

Is this a reliable website?

What exactly are they showing? What do they mean by 'shortwave'? HAARP uses ELF to influence the ionosphere

Extremely low frequency (ELF) waves are electromagnetic radiation (radio waves) with frequencies from 3 to 300 Hz, and corresponding wavelengths from 100,000 to 1000 kilometers. In atmosphere science, an alternative definition is usually given, from 3 Hz to 3 kHz. In the related magnetosphere science, the lower frequency electromagnetic oscillations (pulsations occurring below ~3 Hz) are considered to lie in the ULF range

Shortwave radio is radio communication using the upper MF (medium frequency) and all of the HF (high frequency) portion of the radio spectrum, between 1,800–30,000 kHz. Shortwave radio received its name because the wavelengths in this band are shorter than 200 m (1500 kHz)

So I don't see what recording shortwave has to do with HAARP and weather control?

You might also want o consider Shortwave Lightning :D

Quote
Lightning Strikes create powerful radio waves in the frequency range of 3 KHz (audio, VLF) through 10 MHz (shortwave radio). The VLF (3000 Hz to 30000 Hz) "lightning signatures" can travel around the world, allowing monitoring of world-wide lightning. The shortwave "lightning signatures can travel half-way around the Earth (the night-time side of the Earth). The best region to listen for distant shortwave lightning signatures is from 2 MHz through 7 MHz. After 3 AM local time you can listen to 3 MHz and hear the beautiful dispersion-ringing of the static as it bounces back-and-forth between the earth and ionosphere. It can at times sound like hundreds of tiny bells ringing at once!

Red Sprite lightning is a newly-discovered type of lightning that zaps between the 40 mile span between the tops of severe storm clouds to the lower ionosphere "D" layer. Red Sprite Lightning looks like a giant "blood-red"-colored jellyfish having light-blue tentacles. Red Sprite Lightning creates extremely powerful radio emissions from 1000 Hz through VHF.

not EVERYTHING is done by HAARP :P  and yeah the range is limited by many factors

and yeah there are other locations like Millstone Hill Observatory

Quote
The Millstone Hill Observatory, located in Westford, Massachusetts, is a broad-based atmospheric sciences research facility owned and operated by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. The Atmospheric Sciences Group, which staffs and manages the observatory, is a part of M.I.T.'s Haystack Observatory, a basic research organization whose focus is radio wave and radar science, instrumentation and techniques.

The central instrument at the Millstone Hill Observatory is the large incoherent scatter radar pictured here. There are nine such radars in the world. For more information on the other stations, try this Interactive Map of Incoherent Scatter Radar Stations. The current status of the Millstone Hill ISR is available online.

Incoherent Scatter Radars

Lots of other 'stuff' that can do similar effects... but has noting to do with shortwave :P That is used by Ham operators and radio stations :D

So no way on the harp thing Ron? Yeah I think harrp is the wrong thing to look for for weather modification. Good disinfo but , must be something the Navy has up their sleeve? I mean weather has been their thing for ever , who would love to  control  the weather more ? ;D

I still have a gut feeling that this storm was steered, look at this animation, back when they first started running models, they had no center to work with but they ran the models anyway. The models had it coming right to Tampa in time for the RNC.Then as the storm was about 70 Degrees west it suddenly slides southwest and they run the models again @80 degrees west  and lo and behold it misses Tampa

i called this week.go over to protos sight and look under predictions.
i even told sarge where i thought it would make land.
next one will make landfall west of sabine or east coast.if there is another hurricane this year.isaac cooled off the gulf really well.now this prediction will hold if ol miss cools off.if she doesnt from this storm then the next one will make landfall in new orleans again.but i still think haarp is behind it.

the us army said they will have total control of weather by 2025.that means they can now.notice the word total.thats what they mean.stuff is always released twenty years later.
that means haarp was behind katrina and joplin.
thats what i believe.
just call me a conspiracy nut.

Had to change the degrees west numbers , I was way off hope it makes sense now.

why what?
why tell us,to square away russia and china.
why build it,the ultimate weapon, capable of almost anything from non nuclear destruction on down to plagues to earthquakes to removing stress of tectonic plates to finding all them tunnels on the border to forcing the enemy to cowar at our awesomness to shooting down whole squadrons of planes to finding mineral resources to ?

Well here i am, four days later and alls well. Still without power but generator seems to be working ok now after some issues during the storm. Katrina was big and bad and scary. But what Isaac lacked in power more than made up for it in duration. Man i thought it would never end. Lots of water, more than katrina. Thanks for all the thoughts and prayers. Oh yeah, i think this Haarp thing is a lot of baloney. J/S.

Peace 8)

Glad to hear you came through okay :D

I need to get a generator too... we don't have a lot of issues here ut my three freezers  would hate to lose those in a pinch :D

Everything else we can go Medieval on :D
