Well it looks like a sort of modified Tesla coil. The materials look to be completely wrong though. Glass, plastic and acrylics are all dielectric and don't have
the ability to do what he is saying. After watching this video I would say DO NOT FUND!.....lol When there's no technical description, it makes it nearly impossible to
understand the processes at work. BEWARE OF HANDS REACHING FOR YOUR WALLET. It sure looks cool though don't it!
