What makes me sick is the NPS claiming they don't keep a record of these things, which is complete horsecrap. They won't obey FOIA requests because they don't want their attendance to drop.
The guy in the clip is asked very candidly about it. His complete silence means they are denying the public access to a truth they need to be aware of - you need to seriously watch your six when you are out there, especially if you're alone.
Anyway, definitely one of the more interesting mysteries to read about.
