This was the best one I've done, flavor wise...
The salad speaks for itself.
Take a salmon steak, season with salt and pepper (I like Tony Chachere's seasoning)
wrap two pieces of bacon and secure with toothpicks
coat a black iron skillet with olive oil and a small tap of butter
cook until one side is cripsy, flip and repeat
pop in oven on 350 for 15 minutes
and viola!...
