Never saw this until now - thank you micjer !

@A51Watcher: great information, thx  :)

/
One thing that has always interested me:

Were there two crashes in roswell? The one as a distraction for the other crash?

So much I'm interested in roswell I think it is very difficult to over-look the whole incident.
(at least for me)

Good question. Before I answer, can I ask what leads you to suspect that?

Not sure what you mean by that. What entity do you think would be trying to distract whom?

Yes I have to agree. Another interesting aspect to consider is the context to The Roswell incident - The nation wide sightings of Flying Saucers before and after the crash for nearly the entire year - http://www.thelivingmoon.com/forum/index.php?topic=329.0

Sure  :) - I read about that the other day but couldn´t find any good informations about that theory or i missed them.

I think maybe it is one crashed ufo (maybe time machine or capsule with goods) with two places.
The media and army hyped one and the other place is without attention. Not more than a few whitnesses.

There is a ufo hunters episode about that. Its not the source. Heard about that before that episode was aired.

Not sure what you mean by that. What entity do you think would be trying to distract whom?

I guess the government has already known before Roswell what is going on.
I don´t want to get everything completely messed up with roswell but I think it's time travelers or androids that came or come from the future or from somewhere else.
These people (entities) have the power only by their technology.
Her knowledge 8)
Technology and knowledge are also a great trading thing.

So i think it was planned.

Whether the government or these people have planned it - can not be answered directly, since
it is so long ago and so many stories were told.
So much information from this only incident.

My theory is more defined, but explaining in english would result in confusing texts.  :)

Thank you A51Watcher  :)
This is what I´ve need. An overview of 1947.

Edit:
Thanks alot - it was great to read !

Try writing in your own language and translate to English with Google or Bing (or both) and then correct the translation. That way it's easier to get the idea written the right way. :)

:) you are right - this is the way i translated the texts about project riese.
Corrected the robotic translations and the errors.

I will try it for intense texts or to repair my own failures.
I can read good english and mostly see english speaking things, but express myself is totally out of practice :)
My father has installed me as a child leisure suit larry 1 and zak mckracken on his pc and from there I had to learn english to have success. And so it has remained :)

Yes, translating our thoughts is harder, even if we try to think in the other language.

I am in the same situation, as I am Portuguese and never had English classes, I learned English watching TV and movies (we use subtitles in Portugal, only children programs are dubbed), and only started writing when I joined another forum, 13 years ago. :)

The language translators works best with simple word... not so good with complex words and contractions  so say "can not" instead of "can't" for example works better...

Also translating a single paragraph as opposed to a whole page works better...

Third you can reverse it in google translate to see what comes back  I do that with Russian a lot with great success...  if I get a weird result I can correct the original and do it till it reads back right

Time consuming but it works.

You can also add the original words in German below... then we can translate it ourselves  :D  Since I can read German (and French) I can fix errors too (when time allows)

But  your posts have been no problem reading and understanding the content  even if its not perfect English

ArMap had issues at the beginning too He is much better now :D

With Russian I have to remember "he, she and they" translate to 'it'  :P so instead of "He said that aliens landed.." it would read "It said....""

A forum is a great way to learn a language  at least the writing, because you get instant feedback and corrections

like "shrank" is correct past tense while "shrinked" is not :P But I like the name :P

It depends.

Most modern automatic translators work by statistical methods, they look for a group of words in a sentence in a long list of sentences. If they find that group of words in many sentences then they look at the translated list and use that. That works surprisingly well with simple words, as those are more used and appear in more sentences in those lists, while unusual sentence structures, even using common words, give strange results. In those cases it's better to break the sentence in smaller groups or even in individual words.

The translating services I use in my translations (we do translations at work) are Google, Microsoft translator, Babylon, Systran and Linguee. I like Linguee because it shows the two texts at the same time, so we can see the context and see if the translation is correct or not.

I can do that in the future :)
Had it already in it and erased it after translation. As an orientation for me. ::)

;D i called it neandertal. This way i get the best results. I like the realtime version of google translate.
You can edit until it fits in your native  language.

;D i will never make this mistake again. Thats a reminder. I like it too.  :)
I have to improve my english language so I can go out of Germany.

Up until recently I was afraid of the future; but then I started to realise that fear of the future was having a much more detrimental effect on my health, than the future itself. ;)

Excuse me, I've written in so many interesting topics and left a few disregarded. But I am learning  :)

I feel that everything will get worse.

Everything has been worse since.
You go somewhere to a restaurant maybe and everything is expensive rubbish.
But there is a free wlan hotspot.
I have the feeling whatever will happen to,  most people will be with. Germany is good cattle.

I see here pensioners collect the deposit bottles and they have to spend decades in the pension fund.
Because it should combat age poverty. The pigs have taken money from this fund and are talking the coffers are empty stories ...

I am glad that i have clean water and there is no war and can theoretically rent a Internet & telephone connection
to order a pizza for 1 person for 14 €.

This is why i fear the future  :(

 :)OT: Conspiracy? :)
I get no internet connection since beginning april
1x old contract terminated then by Providers 3x terminated.
And today they told me it is not technically possible. I've had one for years. That is absurd  :o

The only people in the world, it seems, who believe in conspiracy theory, are those of us that have studied it.    Pat Shannon
