Title: Italian Chicken over Angel Hair pasta

Season 5 chicken thighs
Tony's Cajun seasoning
Garlic powder
Parsley
Italian Seasoning
(dust liberally both sides)
Half stick of butter & 1/4 cup of olive oil
brown both sides...

add 1/2 cup of red wine
add 1/4 cup of Lea & Perrins Worchestershire sauce
simmer and turn on both sides.
(might need to add a little water)

cook angel hair pasta (or any noddles you prefer)
laddle oover pasta and add Parmesan cheese

Cook whatever veggy you like...

pretty simple and very good. Really easy to make.
