3.   Eballots cast for Resolutions

Benjamin Meiklejohn's Eballot cast for Resolutions (5/5/2013)
_1__ Whereas the Ministry of Small Business Administration has been established as a cabinet-level department within the organization of the US Parliament to serve in both advisory capacity to the US Parliament Executive Board, and to implement the policy directives of the Executive Board as regards small business administration in the United States of America, and
Whereas the Executive Board has provided no guidance or direction as to what the US Parliament's goals and directives are in regards to small business administration in the United States of America, and
Whereas the continued practice of exercising corporate welfare nationally, defined as the granting of government subsidies or tax breaks or advantages to specific corporations or industries, results in an annual cost of $100 billion of U.S. Government funds, and
Whereas the practice of economically favoring certain corporations or industries over others represents a direct interference in the process of free market capitalism which unfairly disadvantages small businesses and industries that are not subject to governmental favoritism, then
Be it resolved that the Ministry of Small Business Administration, in the absence of any policy directives otherwise from either the Executive Board or the U.S. Parliament itself, hereby assumes and defines that the nation's policy on small business administration shall be to effect economic policy in the absence of corporate welfare so as to create fair and equitable opportunity for all the nation's small businesses, and Furthermore be it resolved, that the Ministry of Small Business Administration hereby declares an immediate moratorium and elimination of all corporate welfare transactions of the U.S. Government, regardless of the nature of the corporation or industry which is the recipient of special subsidies or tax breaks that are not part of the nation's tax code as is equably imposed upon all businesses, and Furthermore be it resolved this resolution be hereby forwarded to the Ministry of Economics, Ministry of Treasury, Ministry of IRS, Ministry of Platform, and the Executive Board of the U.S. Parliament for synchronization and approval of a national position against all forms of corporate welfare in all aspects of our nation's government,
And finally, be it resolved that in the absence of any directives, and until otherwise directed by the Executive Board of the U.S. Parliament, the Ministry of Small Business Administration hereby considers the elimination of corporate welfare to be the official directive of the U.S. Parliament and will use all its resources and regulatory authority within its powers to administer small business regulations and policy that considers all forms of corporate welfare to immediately be considered null and void in practice.
And furthermore finally, be it resolved that if the Ministry of Small Business Administration were an official cabinet-level department of a real U.S. Government, then we would be intending to send notification to every corporate recipient of special subsidies or tax breaks to provide them with notice that all such subsidies and tax breaks will be immediately ceased as is legally permissible .
_2__ Whereas the United States imposes a self-employment tax on individuals who choose to establish their own means of earning a living, and
Whereas the amount of self-employment tax as a percentage of overall income far surpasses the proportion of income that is typically taxed through payroll taxes on individuals who work for other employers, and
Whereas the discrepancy between the amounts that self-employed persons and other employees are taxed creates an unfair disadvantage to self-employed persons who are trying to create a sustainable income and economy with which to make a living, then
Be it hereby resolved that it shall be the official position of the Ministry of Small Business Administration that any self-employment tax rate imposed by the U.S. Government shall never surpass the percentage of income that is likewise applied as the payroll tax for employed individuals, and
Furthermore be it resolved that this resolution immediately be forwarded to the Ministry of IRS, Ministry of Economics and the Executive Board of the U.S. Parliament for action and synchronization.
