(not really grilled but cooked in a black iron skillet)

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds salmon fillets (I used two small fillets)
lemon pepper to taste
garlic powder to taste
salt to taste
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup water
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Directions
Season salmon fillets with lemon pepper, garlic powder, and salt.
In a small bowl, stir together soy sauce, brown sugar, water, and vegetable oil until sugar is dissolved. Place fish in a large resealable plastic bag with the
soy sauce mixture, seal, and turn to coat. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
I used my black iron skillet for this.
coat lightly skillet, heat to almost smoking, but not too hot.

cook salmon 5 to 6 minutes on each side.
watch the fire as these can burn and not be cooked inside.
Just cook to your taste...
Came out pretty tasty....

Sides:
Cut russet potatoes and cover the bottom of glass dish
Cut Carrots, green beans (used a can of drained green beans) and onions (or whatever is your favorite)
Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste
Add several pads of butter.
Cover and bake on 400 for 30-40 minutes, testing the potatoes for doneness.

ENJOY... ;D
