The tower rotates. What its actual function is is unknown at this time

Was the Papoose Towers from Lazy Ranch a new photo as well "Z" ?

I am not sure how you can tell when it was posted.

Other photos on the webpage seem to have dates except that one...

yes that was from there as well (I will add the link)  I spotted it when looking for the array

The gain on it looks close to 80dB..she got some punch


Its called a Phased Array Radar System. Generally a rotating antenna sweeps a radio beam around the sky but with this system the antenna remains stationary and the beam is swept electronically.

So I hit the usual .mil sites :P and pulled THIS
