This clip is an excerpt from The History Channel's Ancient Aliens series, showing the reproduction of the manna machine; a device thought to replicate chlorella algae, apparently given to the Israelites by who they considered at the time to be God, and potentially powered by a nuclear reactor held in the Ark of the Covenant.
It may sound like an insane idea, but the machine to me looks very promising. I'm wondering how difficult it might be to reproduce it, if we were able to use more conventional electricity? This device could have incredible potential for ending hunger in some parts of the world perhaps.
