ArMAp, great point  :)

//

Shasta, I think that there is something to the dimension aspect of the "others" for sure 8)

//

A51W, I get the feeling that we are defo being lead by our collective noses by them, if they have the means and technology to "upgrade" our DNA (I don't know if it is upgraded) then I suspect that they are so far advanced that they can pretty much do what they want with us - maybe we are just some exotic experiment ?

I read, or heard somewhere that we only use about 10%-15% of our actual brain capacity ( I don't have the link but I will try and dig that factoid out) so if they can change our DNA maybe they have changed our brain as well?

I don't think that there is a universal Prime Directive, we tend to put things in human oriented "boxes" as Ingo S once said, but "they" aint human and I would think that anything as emotionless as say, a biological robot will not have the capacity to feel empathy, if I understand the abductee/MILAB phenomenon it looks like physical and psychic rape to me  :'(

I also believe, but have zero proof, that there are certain factions of the "others" that are walking & talking and moving amongst us and have been for centuries - have you folks ever meet someone and instinct has told you that something is off with them ??  I have a number of times and I didn't like the feeling or the person, again no proof but just a deep gut feeling that they were not to be trusted on any level  :o

Catch you all soon, here is a quick link to one of my fav tracks by Hawkwind, it is Opa Loka from Warrior On the Edge of Time, I am dedicating it to you folks , have a great day/evening  8) :)

Respectfully,

That's a common myth, we may use only 10% of our brain at one time, but as different parts are used for different things, when we do other things other parts of the brain are activated. Functional MRI has shown that.

I'm not sure that's completely myth, ArMap.  I am pretty sure there are at least some people who use 10% or less of their brain on a regular basis.  This observation us based on the amount of Creative Driving 101 that I routinely witness in the Denver metro area.

Hi ArMaP,

I was scratching my head about that factoid about the brain percent thing, and it was something to do with the Sci Fi film about that lass with superpowers who allegedly could use 100% of her brains capacity - and haa-haa dummy that I am recalling that  ;D
 I am presently looking for science based sites that give definitive data on how much of the brain we use during different activities - like sleeping, manual work, exercise, driving etc etc

Laterzz..
